Atrianna, welcoming and complying with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and the Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013 and the provisions of Article 15 of our Constitution, adopts and applies this Policy for the processing of personal data. Atrianna, states that it guarantees the privacy, rights to privacy, and the good name of individuals, during the process of processing personal data, in all activities, which will have the principles of confidentiality, security, legality, access, freedom and transparency.

You agree not to disclose the information that is typed or transferred to our company, in accordance with the rules of Law 527 regulating Electronic Commerce in Colombia and Law 1581 of 2012 on the use of confidential data. With the present Policy of Treatment and Protection of Personal Data, is supplemented leaving without effect agreements and policies issued previously.

Atrianna, in order to comply with the data protection policies and obligations of Law 1581 of 2012, its Regulatory Decrees and other regulations that complement, add, enrich or modify it, takes into account the following for the handling of information and personal data:

The information contained in the database has been obtained in the course of Atrianna's activities, its collection has been done and will always be done in accordance with the criteria and legal regulations. All personal data collected by Atrianna is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 and Decision No 1247/2002 / EC.

As a general principle, Atrianna only processes personal data for the performance of tasks carried out in the public interest on the basis of the Atrianna Regulation.

All personal data processing operations are duly notified to Atrianna's Data Protection Officer.

Atrianna guarantees that the information collected is processed and/or can be accessed:

Only by the members of its staff who are responsible for the corresponding operations,

Solely for the purpose for which the data were collected; and

Only for the time necessary to complete processing operations.

Unless otherwise specified in the Register of Processing Operations, all natural persons who provide personal information to Atrianna in paper or electronic form are deemed to have given their unambiguous consent to subsequent operations in application of Article 5(d) of Regulation 45/2001.

Data subjects have the right to access and correct their data, provided that they submit a written request addressed to Atrianna.
