Decision OS / Organization-specific configuration
Bring your organization's knowledge into the decisions you make.
Important knowledge often sits across teams, studies, files and systems. We work with you to connect relevant information with Atrianna's Decision OS and shape a system around the questions your organization needs to answer.
Give your team a way to revisit prior learning, connect evidence and explore decisions with a deeper understanding of your business.
Bring internal knowledge and wider context into the same question.
Connect what your organization already knows about its customers, markets, products and strategies with the science, culture and contextual understanding behind Atrianna's systems. Make that knowledge easier to find, use and turn into analysis, visualizations and materials for decisions.
Two sources need not mean one simple answer.
What do we already know about this decision?
Which previous findings are relevant to a new market decision?
Earlier period (illustrative)
Study A - prior market exploration
Context: An adjacent market and a specific usage occasion
Finding: One consideration was important within the setting studied.
Limitation: Its relevance to the new market is not established.
Later period (illustrative)
Study B - later concept exploration
Context: A different audience and occasion
Finding: A different consideration emerged in this study.
Limitation: The apparent difference may reflect context or method; it is not automatically a contradiction.
- Output
- A comparison that keeps each source, period, context and limitation attached to its finding.
- Interpretation
- Ask whether the settings explain the difference before combining the findings into one answer.
- Implication
- Use prior knowledge to focus the next inquiry without treating it as universally transferable.
- Next inquiry
- Check the original material and test the most consequential gap in the new context.
Build around the decisions the system needs to support.
- Step 1
Define decisions, intended users and measures of usefulness
- Step 2
Map relevant sources, terminology and access boundaries
- Step 3
Organize knowledge around the selected capabilities
- Step 4
Evaluate representative questions against known evidence
- Step 5
Introduce the system into the team's workflow within the agreed scope
Specific connectors, hosting, synchronization, access controls and output formats are established in the implementation scope.
Evaluate usefulness, not only the presence of more data.
Examine retrieval, dates and contradictions, the quality of synthesis and support for representative decisions. Where a baseline exists, compare effort for selected tasks. Identify unsupported assertions and unresolved gaps as well as useful answers.
Define information boundaries before connecting information.
Agree which sources belong in the system, who may use them and how they may be handled. Client-specific knowledge does not imply unrestricted sharing or automatic changes to a shared model. The actual deployment and its controls must be established for the engagement.
Which knowledge should be easier for your team to use?
Start with the decision and the sources around it. No confidential documents are needed in the initial inquiry.
